PCS is headed by Mr. Pavitra Anand who has been an Investment banker and has been involved in the Indian Capitol Markets for the past 24 years. Mr. Anand has served and gained experience and in-depth knowledge in several assignments/roles working in Multinational banks like Citibank N.A., ABN Amro NV, Societe Generale, and Barclays. Mr. Anand has gained experience in the field of Credit Risk - Investment / Corporate Banking, Equity Portfolio Management, setting up Structured Product Platform, and Wealth Management / Financial Management. He has also gained in-depth knowledge on Debt Rating Model to evaluate the creditworthiness of large, medium and small corporate. Putting forth 24 years of experience, Mr. Anand has been instrumental in turning around sick companies in the field of aviation, healthcare etc. He has also been involved in Fund Raising in the form of debt and Equity for SME, and MME in the field of Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, BPO (Business Process Units), Chemical Industry, Hospitality and Education. Mr. Anand has earned a double Master Degree in Business Administration specialising in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Masters in Applied Finance specialising in Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance from Melbourne, Australia.
