Dr. Marisha Sharma is a Civil Engineer with a Master's in Environmental Planning and a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Analytical Chemistry and Postgraduate Certificates in Participatory Management of Displacement, Resettlement & Rehabiliation, as well as Disaster Management. Additionally, she is a BEE-certified Energy Auditor. Dr. Sharma has been practicing as an environmental consultant since 2001 and serves as Director (Technical) at Min Mec Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi - a 40 year old company engaged in mine design, environmental and social impact assessments, hydrogeological studies, R&R studies and surveys with an in-house environmental laboratory accredited by NABL and recognized by MoEF&CC.

Dr. Prabhakar Panda holds first-class academic records in MA in Political Science, MBA in Finance & HR, and PhD in Economics. He has over 24 years of experience holding senior positions at Orissa State Financial Corporation, handling assignments in project appraisal, financial management, and industrial development. Post-VRS, Dr. Panda served 15 years as Director with Hitech Medical Colleges in Bhubaneswar & Rourkela, overseeing administration, projects, and government liaison. He has also held positions as an Independent Director in several IDCOL companies, Tata Realty, Edelweiss, and served as an advisor to Paytm, ACBIL, and the Gandhi Group of Institutions. Co-author of the book *Political Economy*, he has received awards for cultural and organizational work. His expertise spans human capital, finance, real estate, governance, and corporate strategy, with strong ties to top authorities and industry leaders.

Shri Anil Joshi, the erstwhile Executive Director (ED) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), served the organization for over four decades. His career exemplifies deep expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and various Corporate functions such as Technology, Digital Transformation, and Cost Optimisation. As a member of the Apex Management Committee in BHEL — India’s largest Engineering and Manufacturing company — he served for a record period of more than six years. Shri Joshi is widely acknowledged for his strategic foresight and his ability to build teams and bring operational excellence to the industry. During his tenure as ED of various BHEL verticals, he played a pivotal role in driving innovation, securing large-scale orders, and strengthening the organization's position in competitive markets. His leadership contributed to BHEL's diversification into new business areas such as Nuclear Project Engineering, Water Treatment, Zero Discharge, and Flue Gas Desulphurisation technologies. In his early years, Shri Joshi was instrumental in introducing 3D Smart Plant Engineering and other digital tools in BHEL. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with more than fifty BHEL Thermal, Gas, Nuclear, Hydro, and Solar projects in India and abroad. He collaborated extensively with key customers including NTPC, DVC, SEBs, HPCL, SAIL, NHPC, IOC, and private enterprises like Tatas, GVK, and Hinduja. He also worked with prominent consultants such as TCE, DCPL, MECON, EIL, Fitchner, and McDermott. Under his stewardship, BHEL finalized numerous agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) that have strengthened its market presence. These include a Technology License Agreement with Sumitomo for CFBC Boilers, a Technical Assistance and License Agreement with General Electric for Gas Turbines, and MoUs with Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Ltd., Armoured Vehicles Nigam Ltd., Bharat Forge Ltd., and HAL for forays into defense and aerospace sectors.
